IRT: The Lucan debate.
Just because we as characters cannot be an evil paladin does not mean that NPCs are bound by the same laws. I am on my work computer, so do not have access to EQ2.
However, if I recall correctly there were the gnome monk trio that would pop up here and there in eq. That was not a combination you could select in character creation. Devs can break their own game.;)
As far as lore, Lucan WAS a paladin. An evil paladin is not nessicarily a shadowknight, but instead classified as a fallen paladin. Its perfectly within reason for him to draw his powers from his lichdom. But... wouldnt that classify him more as a Necromancer?
